    From the moment I stepped in the door I felt welcomed by everyone. Both coaches and members. The class was very well structured, coached and maintained throughout. It was the right balance of coaching and encouragement. I felt I knew exactly what I was doing in the workout and more importantly appropriately warmed up and ready to go. Even though I was the last to finish the workout everyone stayed and cheered me on till I was done. 100% would recommend visiting there for a workout, coach very knowledgeable and approachable .
