This is a great gym, if you are into CrossFit or not, Just go check it out. I am in my mid forties and I can honestly say I am in the best shape of my life. Coaches/Members are always super friendly. Just give it a go, you wont regret it.

Been going for nearly 6 months now and I can honestly say I won't ever be signing up to a regular gym again. I encourage everyone to get into Crossfit . The coaches at CM2 are all brilliant and always on hand to help with techinique and answer any questions and all the members are friendly and welcoming. Good social events throughout the year. Workouts are scaled to your ability so don't be put off thinking it looks too difficult.

I was quite nervous before starting at CrossFit as I thought I needed to be mega fit and strong to join, despite already having a reasonable level of fitness. I have been here for a few months now and am surprised at just how much I enjoy it. Everyone is very welcoming and the coaches are so supportive and help those who haven't been lifting weights for long to scale accordingly. It is great to be able to just turn up and know you will be able to get a great workout without even having to think about it. I definitely recommend CrossFit CM2!

Honestly, CrossFit is not something I ever thought I'd be into with kids and work seemingly taking over my life, and my fitness taking a hit. My husband suggested I give it a try and I wouldn't be without it now. The sense of achievement, cameraderie and atmosphere is fantastic. Thank you CM2 Team!

I’ve been a member at CM2 for a year and a half now and absolutely love it. The coaches are brilliant, the atmosphere is relaxed and it really is for everyone, no matter your ability. There’s lots of different classes to choose from and you’ll never struggle to get a spot. Would recommend to anybody who’s thinking about trying it!
