    I joined CrossFit Bermondsey in September last year (after putting it off for a while), and I honestly wish I'd joined sooner! Everyone is super welcoming and the coaches are all amazing! Each class is scaled so everyone gets the best workout for them and nothing felt intimidating being new to CrossFit. In addition to the classes, they also regularly run courses to enhance your training. I recently did the nutrition course with Amy and cannot recommend it enough! We started with a 1 to 1 session to set some goals/make a plan, had 6 weeks of small group sessions to help make some sustainable changes and build good habits, and then had a 1 to 1 goal review at the end. The course made a huge difference to my energy levels and recovery, and has made it possible for me to increase how often I train. Overall, I can't recommend CrossFit Bermondsey enough!

    I joined CrossFit Bermondsey in January 2023. I had never done CrossFit before and I was nervous as I thought the workouts would be too hard for me but I was wrong. I did one-to-one sessions with Nick who was great at helping me build technique on strength movements before joining group classes and had regular check ins with me over a period of 12 weeks. All coaches are so friendly and helpful during classes. They would always correct your form if needed and they really care about your goals. The workouts are always fun and the community is so supportive. I’ve never seen results so quickly! I absolutely love it!

    Have been going to Crossfit Bermondsey for three months now and have already seen a lot of strength progress. Workouts are challenging and fun. Great for goal orientated people as it's really easy to track your progress with the accompanying app, monthly assessments & check-ins with trainers. I was a strength training newbie before joining but everyone is very friendly and welcoming and the workouts have options for every fitness level so no need to be intimidated for your first session!

    I signed up to the nutrition course to start Jan 2023 with Amy at Bermondsey Crossfit and would highly recommend. We had a 1 to 1 session before hand to determine our goals and needs, then 6 face to face sessions over 6 weeks with weekly content being sent to us and a final 1 to 1 to review everything. Amy also sent a tailored plan with my goals and nutrient intake with some example ideas of meals. My prime goal was to fuel more effectively and reduce my injury risk for crossfit. Having been vegan for 6 years with IBS, I knew this was something I wasn’t doing and needed help with. We discussed multiple topics other than this around sleep, being able to set better boundaries and create more accountability. Overall I have met my goal of knowing how to fuel more effectively which has helped with my energy and I’ve been able to increase my crossfit volume and over all intensity but most of all avoid injuries. Would highly recommend!!

    I’d always been a keen gym goer but CrossFit Bermondsey has helped me take my training to the next level. I’ve seen progress in my training in 3 months that i hadn’t seen in years at the gym. Every class comes with coaching cues, this combined with the use of the level method means everyone can train safely at their relative ability. The apps let you see what the WOD is in advance and enables you to record your progress. Most importantly, the trainers and socials are top tier!
