Complete scam. They literally target young emerging designers with little to no know-how in the industry. The quality of their services is terrible and they overcharge. Alex (his real name is Timur Kim) is a complete fraud - he is a pathological liar and very manipulative. Stay away!

In short; Do not spend your hard-earned money with this company and individual Alex. Do yourself a favour; go and use a decent company. No need to take your chances with this one. If you have time; take a seat. I will attempt to make this as brief as possible. • Alex wrote in an email that his payment terms are 50% upfront the remaining upon completion. I had no problem with this, many studios do the same. • Once he secured the job, he turned up over an hour late for meetings with excuses of falling into a deep sleep…. • He did not meet the deadline that HE proposed. • He then explained that he would send the items to me by next day delivery, only after I sent the remaining payment. He sent pictures of the items. I sent the balance. • Alex even went as far to send me fraudulent tracking details. • Needless to say, the items didn’t arrive because he never sent them or had any intentions to. • Alex then explained that he needed more money from me before he could send me my items!!!! • I explained I would like to come to see the items in person before sending another penny, suddenly he was extremely hard to get hold of. • He made numerous appointments with me and failed to turn up or notify me, with excuses hours later of being in hospital or falling asleep or panic attacks or fever. • I travelled all the way across London with my kids only for him to clear my calls on arrival. Extremely unprofessional! • He then told me I had to wait until HE was ready to meet with me, with no estimated time-frame. • My only option was to create an alias with a new project and potential new deposit in order to get an appointment with him. • Miraculously Alex had made a full recovery!!!! • Upon arriving at the studio, I soon learnt that my items were not even finished and photographed in a misleading way in order to obtain the remaining balance. • i learnt that some of the fabrics were sewn on the wrong side, labels were falling off, poppers not done, zipper catching etc • In the end, Alex had lost some of my fabrics, threads and patterns which I will never get back. The garments were unusable. • He was loud, manic and extremely rude and I had to call the police before he became agreeable. • He went on to explain that his tumultuous relationship with his ex-husband was the reason for his unacceptable conduct. • He made no attempt to rectify or appease a completely unsatisfied customer. • When asked for a refund, not only did he refuse but he had the cheek to insist on asking me for extra payment! • He then got his boyfriend to call me at a later date and beg me not to write this review! Please note that he has recently had all of his google reviews cleared because of his bad business and has managed to put up only the good reviews from 2 years ago when someone else (Tigran) owned the company I have worked with numerous people in this industry and never come across such a rude, dismissive and fraudulent person. After taking hundreds of my pounds he forgot what customer service meant. Half the things he had done, no reputable company would dare do. Stay away! Note: i have all emails/screenshots to prove my claims
