Darren is a true professional and an expert in his field in my opinion. This is the second time I've had him in for an emergency spot clean. This time was for sick in a carpet... Grim! Darren came in used an amazing product, dealt with odour and stains and thoroughly cleaned my sons room and even left us with a fan so we would have it dry by bedtime!! Highly recommend Darren from Cross Specialist Cleaning. He has just spent the day cleaning our (embarrassingly dirty!) limestone floor. The floor was laid before we moved in and we have never really liked it, due to its dull and increasingly dirty appearance. To the point where we have been thinking about ripping it up and replacing it with wood! But we are absolutely delighted with our 'new' floor. It is stunning. Darren is professional, courteous and a delight to have around. Of the three companies we contacted about the job - he was the only one to actually come out and see the floor and assess it. He really cares about doing a good job. We will definitely use Darren again in the future and if you are thinking about professional cleaning - i'd give him a call, you won't be disappointed. I enquired with Cross Cleaning about whether they could clean a sofa bed that had become affected by mould to the extent that I started coughing as soon as I went near it. Darren replied to my enquiry to advise me that because the kind of fibres used in the mattress of the sofa bed, it couldn’t be cleaned. Even though this meant that he wouldn’t get a job out of my enquiry, he advised that the best course of action was to get rid of the sofa-bed. All in all, Darren’s advice was helpful, accurate and honest.
