Sent only 4 of 6 glasses in a disgusting box covered in dust with all the contents disgusting as well, plus 1 random glass... Called customer service and they redirected me to send an email which was promptly ignored! Edit: after some chasing I got a replacement set of glasses that was all good, was offered explantation of 'old stock'

I usually order my glassware for my bar from whom ever has the best price at the time and crosbys often does so I've ordered from them a few times over the years and had a quick delivery along with good customer service in replacing broken glasses in transit

I ordered 42 plates and only 24 turned up. I phoned customer services to ask if the other 18 would be to follow, they said they didn't know and I would have to email the delivery manager direct. I emailed him directly and had no response. I then emailed the customer complaints department and had no response from them. I then re rang the customer services and spoke to Josh Morrow who was more than helpful and he managed to find my missing plates and have them with me within 24 hours of speaking to him. Unfortunately, 1 box of plates was smashed to bits (The plates were very well packed and suspect it was the fault of the delivery company) I tried to contact Crosby's to let them know as the driver didn't get me to sign for the delivery, or let me inspect the delivery before leaving. It's been over a week now, and I have still not had any response from Crosby's.”

Poor Customer Service I placed a Web Order on 19.11.21 (11 days ago) and all items shown in stock. Money taken, but only One of the Two items has been delivered. I have called three times and apparently the outstanding items are on "Purchase Order" with their supplier! I have had no updates and the three staff I have spoken to to chase, have not been empathetic and disinterested. I would not order again from CROSBYS and I will search for a company who values my business and I would recommend you do the same!

3 emails and 1 Facebook message so far - starting to regret not reading the reviews before placing an order. I have had NO response from this company, despite multiple contacts. They took my money pretty quickly, but as for the goods I paid for......nothing. I can't call the customer service appalling - because there isn't any. I honestly don't understand how a company operates this way. The smallest update goes such a long way. Radio silence is not a satisfactory way of dealing with things. I only placed a small order, and I really shouldn't have bothered. I have used multiple Catering and Cleaning Supply companies in the past - NEVER have I experienced anything like this. Galleon Supplies, Nisbets, We Can Source It - all are outstanding and highly recommended when compared to this shower. If anyone is still tempted to buy from this company - take time to read the reviews and frankly, don't waste your time, or your money.

Absolutely ridiculous customer service. Ordered a bin which turned out to be faulty, and i have been trying to get a refund sorted for 3 weeks now. Will not be using this company again and would definitely not recommend them to anyone else.

Diabolical. I ordered two items seven weeks ago and heard nothing more until I emailed them. two weeks ago. I was told that it should be sent the following week. Alas nothing has turned up. I have to say that this company has zero customer service and appear to advertise goods that they do not stock. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
