I've have bought a few items from Croots over the years The service is always first class. I once had to send my carryall bag back due to a frayed strap (bag was well out of warranty) Which I use every day as my work bag. I received the bag back After it was repaired and it looked brand new. The repair was done free of charge Service doesn't get better than that Alistair Croot and his team are a pleasure to deal with. This is British craftsmanship at its very best.

Absolutely fantastic company that sell quality products. My first experience with Croots was a couple of years ago, I’d found a 2nd hand personalised cartridge pannier that had someone else’s initials on. I spoke to Croots to ask if I could just buy the Oval leather piece with my initials on. I was told I could and from memory I was charged around £10-£12 including delivery. It arrived really fast and with the help of my local Cobbler the pannier has my initials on. The bit that impressed my the most was the envelope was hand written and there was a thank you note inside. - all this for a £10 sale! I was very impressed. So impressed I decided to buy the Gun Slip and Cartridge bag to match my pannier. Most Croots products are not exactly cheap but they are the best quality and best of all UK made. My slip is over a year old and still looks like brand new. Quality products, well worth the price.
