I would avoid considering selling your property to this organisation. They are unprofessional, rude and time wasting. I accepted an offer from Cromwood on my one bedroom flat. This was agreed and therefore I instructed a solicitor at the cost of £300 upfront to take the sale forward. Then one month later they asked for a lease extension due to their funding requirements. They asked if I could start the process as they would have to wait otherwise. I said I was happy to do so as long as they covered all cost. Contact then slowed and would not respond to my solicitor. Responses were vague at best. Then six months after the process had started they wanted me to pay the lease extension and said they only agreed the sale price on this basis. I have written evidence the sale was agreed without any mention of the lease. A lease extension would increase the property price. I wouldn't have accepted the offer and instructed a solicitor. When asking to be compensated for their error to cover the legal costs neither I or my agent have received a response. I would avoid like the plague! Over six months has been wasted due to their unprofessional and frankly cowboy behaviour!

The worst company ever in the UK. I have reported a leaking celling its been morethan a 2 months now they haven't fixed it yet theres leakage everywhere in my tiny room they always sending cowboys to fix they always say will come tomorrow and they always never come they disappear. I had no hot water when i first moved in it took me few months till they fixed it.

Terrible association. They work when they want to. Yesterday (a wednesday) the entire office was closed with no notice or prior warnings. My front door has been broken in since SATURDAY 1ST OCTOBER and they still haven’t sent anyone out to come and repair it. No replies whatsoever about the situation. Someone has recently been kicked out of my property and the room they were staying in is rancid and needs cleaning and repair, it’s been a whole week and not one person has come to sort out that room. These Cromwood people are lazy and do not care about the welfare of their tenants, they just want their money. Despicable

I am not a tenant but I live next door to one of the properties they are managing, the house next doors garden is overgrown and the state of it is incredibly bad, my fence got damaged by their tree I have contacted the office to resolve the issue just to have a rude employee who don't want to know, local council are getting involved. They only care about how much they make they don't want to spend a penny to solve anything glad I'm no a tenant.

Been here since 1st December. Not aware I was on a metre. Was not shown where metre was. Had to ring police because I had no electricity. They found the metre for me. Not aware and was not impressed. Had to go shop with the help of police to buy electricity. Paid £30. This happened at 3am Monday 27th December. Landlord Peter odjidja never answers his phone. Today spent 39 mins waiting on the phone. Gave up. Absolutely disgusting service

I am visual impaired and I moved in to cromwood housing property 4 month ago in July 2021 and my flat had one problem after another, my bathroom ceiling come down and one one from the company come or phone to see if I am one and I have sent a list of problem with the flat to my support worker in Thames reach to give to the landlord and it been 6 weeks and no one phone or the repair has not been done, really bad company and there don't know how to deal with a disabled customer.
