I was contacted on Friday evening and offered an appointment early afternoon on Sunday. On arrival, the receptionist was pleasant and efficient, and I was called in to my appointment a couple of minutes early. The two members of staff I saw carried out the planned procedure thoroughly and reported the observations and interpretations in full. I was very impressed and would be happy for my own surgery to refer me to Modality again.

If I could give 0 stars I WOULD. Apt for my mother, Went in the first thing told was "Your Information is not on the system" Why get referred then by GP? The doctor was rude, stuck up and honestly just needs to leave. The receptionist was better than the care itself. I don't normally write reviews but this one was needed. Just do everyone a favour and close this place down.

I don’t know why so many bad experiences but mine was really really nice. I was to reumatologhi section :) The doctor was involved and I really appreciate this because finally I felt that somebody It’s listening without saying “ everything it’s fine! Don’t worry! Go home! :))”. I will recommend! :)

Abysmal attitude from rheumatology clinician. If you would like to be dehumanised, spoon fed answers to clinical questionnaires and spoken over, all in the tone of a chastising ego-driven individual then this is the place to go. Grim surroundings and even grimmer care

If you're looking for respectful compassionate care, this is not the place!

Waited over 30mins on phone to be told they have no appointments and to ring back tomorrow. This surgery never has appointments as their attitude towards patients is disgusting. The care for patients or concern is not even there. Everyone that rings will end up waiting for long time on the phone to be told no appointments. Need to close this surgery down.
