This place is disgusting. Very arrogant and vile dentist here. She is very rude and cuts you off while talking.. very violent when working on teeth which caused tremendous pain. She did not use any form of anaesthetic. I can’t express how disgusting she was!!?!

PEOPLE BEWARE! I wish I did my research before visiting this shambolic practice! I am now proceeding to take legal action for dental negligence. The so called dentist downstairs literally attempted to drill a hole in my tooth without any anaesthetic and use a dental tweezer of some sort to apparently to release some pressure. I immediately suffered severe pain and was told that I should now take some antibiotics I continuously said I am in worse pain than before and I feel as if you’ve damaged my nerve by not using that tool carefully however, the dentist nervously suggested it was an infection so after walking away from this practice, I had to literally visit another dental practice almost immediately to have this resolved. A course of antibiotics wouldn’t of sorted it! After getting the tooth in question professionally looked at, I had noticed that my tooth nerves and pulp had actually been damaged due to dental practice negligence. I also realised that the filling that she done was so close to the nerve that I had to get it redone which later resulted in a. Root canal. All what this practice is known for is to try to fit as many clients as they can in one day and abuse the NHS funding system. I hope you all read this review and know what kind of establishment this is.

I’m only giving 1 star because the dentist was so polite ! However had a tooth extraction on Tuesday 21/6/22 at 11:30 am. During the whole process I felt pure discomfort. Following this the next day my face was like a balloon ( photo proof) I wasn’t numbed enough or actually brewing an infection beforehand! My last X-ray was in April 22 at the same dentist ( it’s lockdown and seems it’s hard to find a local dentist 😔. Also I was supposed to pay £90 quid but the reception lady who was obviously unaware of the procedure that I’d had done said £65.20 which I paid and left quickly ( considering I’m receipt of universal credit and meet the no payment criteria!!! SHOCKING!!! So for 2 days of suffering I found another dentist who’s put me right on 2 courses of antibiotics, cleaned all the area professionally because it could have turned sepsis and KILLED me had the infection got into my blood stream. I’d never visit that dentist again and I urge everyone to avoid! I’m contacting the regulator and ombudsman. They own me a refund!!!!!!!!! Dreadful practice, safeguarding issues because treatment should have good hygiene standards always

MONEY IS THE ONLY FOCUS - The dentists are totally desensitised to the fact that their dealing with humans which feel pain and nerves. You will no doubt spend more time in the waiting room than being treated. Your rushed through your treatment getting half rate treatment as they cram as many patients as possble into one given day no make as much money as possible.
