Bought a voucher for teeth whitening. Never managed to get through to book an appointment. Tried several times a day over more than a week and left VM requesting a call back. Can’t comment on if their service is good as it seems this business does not exist as they never answer their phones and do not reply to messages.

I had a terrible experience. I paid £119 for a groupon teeth whitening voucher. There was no one to greet me when I arrived, I had to go and find someone after 20 mins of waiting in the office. I even had my original appointment changed at the dentists convenience as he had to go somewhere. To be told when i arrived we don't normal do morning appointments, even tho i was told to go in the morning. once i had received the service i was relived to get out the practice! teeth look no different... when i went to brush my teeth the next day the pain was unbearable to my gums being ruined, bleeding also! I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS DENTIST TO ANYBODY UNLESS YOU WAS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

In the seven years I've been visiting Ihab at Crofton I've found him to be nothing short of fantastic. He's the most informative and explanatory practitioner I've used. Unfortunately I have had to have fairly extensive dental work in my four decades and not only has Ihab repaired and replaced poor work I had prior to finding Crofton he has also helped me to manage the ongoing work required in the most cost effective way. He has discussed his opinions for the best way forward with each tooth on an individual basis, I have had multiple fillings and crowns and at present have one implant. I would have no hesitation in recommending Crofton Orofacial, my only disappointment was that I had so much work done by other dentists before finding them.

I sat for over an hour and a half beyond my appointment time as I couldn't come back another time and the person he had before me wanted something else done that they hadn't booked in for... so, instead of asking them to come back he did it there and then. Then he huffed and puffed and made me feel guilty for wanting to stay for my appointment as he wanted to go home. My teeth looked no different at ALL! 2 1/2 hours of my life wasted along with my money wasted. However, for the other person before me, I am sure their experience was excellent!

Dr Hashem treated me for a problem that had happened over ten years ago with another dentist. I had asked some implant clinics in London who turned round and said what you have been advised to do can not be done as a wisdom tooth was involved. The previous advice was from the country that I had been living in before coming back to the UK. Dr Hashem has done bone augmentation and then placed three implants on five crowns perfectly. Can not thank him enough for his time and patience.

My mother was treated by Dr Ihab Hashem for implant treatment which so many other dentists had classed as impossible because of an implant needed near her wisdom tooth and the bone had to be treated as well. Now my mother has had bone sigementation plus 3 implants on a 5 crown coverage with absolutely brilliant results.Thanking Dr Hashem for all his time and patience in delivering my mother with the perfect result.
