  I had a porch completed recently and I'm very happy with it. I have had neighbours compliment me and ask me who did it. The way it has been designed and built it looks like it has always been there rather than added on. Steve the salesman was very informative and everything was related to me upfront. Matt and Karen who managed the project always kept me up to date with what was happening. I was very impressed with the quality of the builder, installer and electrician that were used.

  We recently had a new front door installed and couldn't be happier. Customer service was exceptional. We were kept well informed along the way and all staff were friendly and helpful. The door was fitted and no mess was left at all.. not even any touch ups to paint were needed afterwards. Would definitely use Crofton again and would recommend to friends and family.

  Just had our Orangery and replacement windows finished by Crofton Home Improvement Centre. Steve was able to change my wifes opinion of an open planned living space and I am so pleased he did. We don't know why we didn't do it earlier. Great service but more importantly a great price!

  Just had an orangery added to my house using Crofton Home Improvement Centre. Me and my wife were definitely skeptical at first as this was a big commitment, but Steve was helpful all the way through. He ensured we had nothing to worry about and answered all the questions we asked. Couldn't reccommend this company enough!

  Had our conservatory changed into an orangery. Very poor communication between workmen and Crofton from day one. Generally happy with the main construction although not sure about parts of the roofing materials even now. The main problem was with the plastering. It was done in a rush and some of it in the dark by the light of an arc light. This resulted in a very poor finish, very noticeable after painting. After complaining the plasterer did come back to have a look and to be fair did offer to redo the job. I declined the offer unless Croftons would be happy to pay for redoration and flooring. ( that indicates how long communications took!) I suggested that maybe some form of compensation might be in order but was told that the boss had said definitely not. I sent the boss several polite e mails asking him to come and see for himself or at least phone me - to this day I have never received any reply. Two years on whilst we are generally happy with our orangery, the plaster still looks awful and has become worse with time. ( we can now see the heads of the bolts from the wood structures although according to the post construction information this is to be expected so no point in complaining! ) We used Crofton as they came recommended but I'm afraid I would hesitate to recommend to others. * update- the rubber composite roofing has bubbled in several places and we've had to put a patch over a place where a nail/ screwhead is coming through.

  Good product poor execution. We had a solid roof put onto our conservatory, had a door way blocked up and new patio doors put in. Be aware crofton sub contract the work out to different trades. The quality of these trades are poor. New brickwork doesnt match existing, pointing is rough, rendering had blown and had to be redone, not smooth at all, trail Mark's visible, redone rendering not blending into parts that weren't redone, overall finish of rendering and plastering is poor, roof installer disturbed the new blockwork when putting their ladders up against it all they did was used some sort of blue expanding foam to secure it and said the plasterer will pack out the wall. They didn't install enough downpipes which caused an internal leak. There is no project management and had to continually chase for things to be done. There were alot of issues along the way and ended up getting the MD out to look at all the snags that needed doing. He didn't look pleased to be there, didnt apologise for the poor workmanship. He wrote a whole page of work that needed to be done. He did absolutely nothing to rectify the issues, and after the 1st lockdown had to get someone else back out to look and do the snags. I would avoid at all costs. Once money has been handed over they have no interest in helping or rectifying issues and just deem you as a nuisance. I recommend the supalite roof product as that has transformed the space but wouldnt recommend crofton to install.
