I moved to Croft Surgery around 5 years ago. I've always been able to get an appointment quickly, always felt that they've listened to me and decided a plan of action that suits me. I've had to visit for several issues with my children and always had a good outcome from our appointments and had them seen quickly. Recently I've had to visit the GP more often than would be usual and they've gone above and beyond on many occasions hence why I'm leaving this review. All the staff are lovely and helpful. Thank you everyone at Croft Surgery.

Very very rude receptionist like extremely rude wouldn't go here does anyone know how to report a person at this place this is getting ridiculous all the time the receptionist is rude and I had an important thing to speak to the doctor avoit a medication and she didn't care at all these make NHS look so bad as doctors are supposed to care for patients health but this place is the complete opposite?!!!

I feel this GP practice needs to close down. I have never felt so jobs worth with the staff it was so bad. I will give Elaine on the telephone, she was wonderful. But I will say the rest even the GP are they sitting on their arsh, not even to see a grade 4 ca of the lungs,went with a phone call. I hope it will never be one of their relatives

I needed to speak to a GP just after the Xmas holiday. I was advised to call today. 8am spoke to Elaine one of the receptionists. She was efficient, friendly and helpful. I've always found the Drs really good too. Under the immense pressure of their jobs they all do a really great job of helping patients when they need.

10 times better than the one I was with in tipton. Friendly receptionist with compassion for a change, seems a rarely these days. Doctors are helpful and seem to be really trying to help me. Reason for not getting a 5 was just the wait for an appointment was over a week, just for a telephone appointment.
