They work hard to get the engineering right to suit to demands of the client. Nothing is too much trouble and there is nothing that cant be done. We were recommended Croft after having a nightmare with our first appointed engineer who evidently didn’t understand how to design a basement. Pawel at Croft worked quickly and responsively to get the engineering package sorted, which in turn sorted the party wall matters (he also had to deal with the neighbour’s checking engineer 🙄) and got the project going. If you’re doing a basement, do not look any further. Just do what we didn’t do and get Croft appointed immediately.
