I've had 3 projects carried out by croft, including a new window, soffits, replacing frames and glazing through my house, and rebuilding a lean to conservatory with foundations and a brick base. Work has been to a high standard and reasonably priced. The standard of guarantee and after sales service/snagging is excellent.

Fantastic! Considering I had asked Crofts to remove an old set of patio doors, which as it turned out was not the easiest of jobs. Croft fitters basically surgically removed the old doors, making as little mess as possible. Then the following day their own builders came in and made good, which involved fitting new plastic joining pieces & trims. All the way through the job they ensured we were fully informed with their plan for completion. Great job guys!

We are very pleased with Crofts from the first phone call to completion. They even had our original 1994 installation records. We had 14 glazing units replaced, eight were a new design we had requested. They were prompt, thorough and professional.

Appalling service! All over you when they want your business but nowhere to be seen when there’s issues… & there were several! Cheap plastic trim finish when ensured it would be plaster and anti mould mastic that turned black within months! Gaps in window. Had to go as far as trading standards to get the plastered finish promised only for them to make a disgusting mess when they did! Stained the upvc, damaged window sills and scratched every window when removing the cheap trims! Wrong handles installed and still waiting 3 years for them to turn up to replace one that didn’t shut properly! Avoid John Croft and his patronising side kick Martin Boyd and use another company!

We have had our Garden Room 7 years and unfortunately a tile cracked as a result of being hollow underneath. After contacting Belle at Croft she efficiently came back to me to say that as a goodwill gesture they would try to sort the problem. Roy came to see us on the 28th and did an excellent job in a tricky area. He was courteous, tidy and respectful of our home. I am so pleased with the result and very impressed with the continuous high standard Croft offer. I have nowbooked for a quotation for further work. Thanks Belle and Roy.

Absolutely fantastic service provided from start to finish. We’ve had our windows replaced at our last house and now at our new property, and we wouldn’t go else where if ever they needed doing in the future. Staff are extremely polite and friendly and fitters are super at what they do. The attention to detail is spot on. They kept the areas where they worked clean and tidied up after themselves. We would highly recommend Crofts!

I had Croft windows and doors fitted to my house just over 20 years ago and they have been very good, with no misting of glass, failed units etc. However, a couple of the handles needed replacing and one of the door seals had perished. Croft were very happy to come and make the repairs. They were polite, the service was good, they came when they said they would, and I was happy with the price. Great company - Thanks.

Crofts WILL build WITHOUT seeking planning permission and building regulation approval. Crofts took down my next door neighbours conservatory and built a much bigger, all brick and fully tiled roof garden room . They cut corners by not seeking and advising my neighbour she needed planning permission as it was 2 feet over permitted development. There was no building regulations notice logged with the planning department either. This is where an inspector from the council visits the build and check the building work is safe and to building regulations. Its a legal requirement.! The result now is, due to the whole mess up by Crofts , my neighbour and I don't speak and probably never will . Be warned!!
