I had an absolutely excellent experience here and would highly recommend them to anyone who wants top-quality footwear and customer service. Ali was extremely patient and professional throughout even though I was super indecisive and troublesome. He not only pulled in boots from all over England so I could see which was best, he even encouraged me to test my new pair at home with different clothes to see if the color was ideal. Even though I came back the next day to swap colors, the rest of the staff were happy to help and didn't bat an eye. It's apparent that the people here really just want you to leave feeling happy and satisfied. Also, the boots are bite-the-back-of-your-hand beautiful and made with fantastic quality. I actually look forward to wearing them every day, and I can't wait to buy another pair this summer. Customer for life—thank you!

This review is actually for 92 Jermyn street, but as I cannot seem to find it on Google maps - here goes; I purchased a pair of boots earlier this year, and the customer service I received from Rasool was outstanding. He was very knowledgeable about the whole shoe-making process and answered all my million and one questions in a professional and patient manner, explaining how the shoe would change over time and how to care for them the best. I was considering other fine shoe makers and had been in to some other shops that day to see my options, but the customer care I received from Rasool really made that all important difference. Having had the boots for a couple of months now, I can attest that they are just getting more and more comfortable with each wear and they look great - they really feel and look like quality.
