    I initially started with a 6 week boot camp course to loose weight before my holiday last June. The 6 weeks was successful and Greg is an excellent instructor with a wealth of knowledge, whom makes the sessions enjoyable and fun. Prior to joining CFT I was an avid gym goer but struggled with cardio, however attending CFT has improved my fitness, body composition and also my confidence. Greg has a variety of different classes that you can choose from and attend, so he caters for all your fitness goals. Some people tend it find it hard to joining a gym as it’s quiet a daunting experience, however Greg will make you feel very welcome and he has grown a good fitness family whom will also make you feel welcome. So come along and join, your first sessions FREE!! You won’t regret it.
