I've been coming here for almost a year and a half and all I can say is this has been the best experience of electrolysis in all of London! I've been seeing Jodie and she is incredible, she is so skilled and really knows her stuff. I had experienced a botched job in another clinic in Notting Hill and Jodie was reassuring, helpful and has helped me reducing the hair on my face massively. She is also so friendly and I really look forward to the days I am going in for a treatment because I know it will be a really positive experience and leaving the session with great results. If we need more time Jodie is always upfront about disclosing this and price wise they are so reasonably priced considering the location and skill set of their staff. It is extremely private, clean and professional. As a woman with darker skin these types of treatments can always feel a bit more nerve wracking but I have seen great results and will continue to go here as and when I need to. Jodie really deserves all the praise because she has done so much incredible work regarding the hair on my face. Chris who knowns the clinic is fab, she is so friendly and goes above and beyond to ask how I am doing. There has been a few times I have asked for an appointment last minute and she has always done her best to try squeeze me in or will call me if they have a cancelation. I have nothing but good words for this place. I have had a horrific experience in the past with a previous clinic who left me with pigmentation and scarring, when I came here it was the total opposite nothing but professionalism and quality results. I went to get electrolysis treatment here. I saw a medium hair reduction after 2 treatments. I did not appreciate the communication style of the clinic’s owner with costumers. When I tried to change my appointment date to another time approximately 20 hours before the appointment time, the owner explained to me this is not possible in an unpleasant tone. Moreover, when I came in for the treatment, they tried to charge me about 5 minutes more of treatment time than what I received. I told them that I checked the time, and they accepted it unwillingly. The experience I have had at Cristianos has been an increasingly positive one. Sharon and Sue are both professional, genuinely caring and highly organised yet always accommodating when it comes to miscellaneous things here and there. With time the results of laser hair removal have been life changing! My only advice would be to stick at it, with continued treatments you will see improved results and in no time you won’t believe how smooth your skin can be. Good things come to those who wait so be patient and willing to work with the team at Cristianos and you will be happy with your choice of clinic.

The electrologist here is second to none when it comes to hair removal. Efficient, knowledgeable and well priced, she also cares for her patients in a way that most medical professionals don't.
