Cristal cleaning was transferred £70 deposit of £200 to do a end of tenancy clean on a 4 bed detached house. They took the money but never did the cleaning!! We have never had the the money refunded either. I explained that my son was disabled and he had transferred the money in good faith as Filip Cruz the managing director had painted himself and Cristal cleaning services as the best around. He just lied right from the beginning.... saying the cleaners van broke down then they said they didn’t get the emails or phone calls to rearrange, even though I had a conversation with Filipe Cruz himself, he promised to refund the deposit and he never did. I phoned and emailed several times afterwards but he never responded!! We ended up losing some of the deposit on our rented accommodation because we didn’t have enough time to get another cleaning company as we had to hand keys back. PLEASE IF ANYONE IS READING THIS DO NOT HIRE THIS CLEANING COMPANY AS THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT WILL NOT DO THE WORK. DISGUSTING!!!!!! Service: Moving-related cleaning

Warning! Stay clear of this Cristal Cleaning Services they are completely useless, unprofessional, and complete con artists. They arrived over 2 hours late, they hardly had any products with them and the end of tenancy clean they told me would take around 4 hours only took an hour. They didn't clean properly at all and I was very disappointed with the service. They are also extremely unresponsive and unreliable. I recommend avoiding this company at all costs.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - 0/5 Do not contact this company or seek to use their services in any situation. I booked an end of tenancy clean with them in July and paid a deposit. I provided them with keys to the property and on the day of the clean they did not show up or contact me at all. As the property was vacant at the time my Landlord was forced to contact a locksmith to enter the property and arrange for alternative cleaning which I was charged for. It was impossible to contact anyone at Cristal Cleaning, they ignored my calls, emails, texts and messages and refuse to refund my deposit or reimburse me for the charges I incurred as a result of their failure. I am currently pursuing this company through the courts to recover the substantial sum that they owe me. Totally unprofessional, unreliable, dishonest and ultimately illegal.
