This was my first professional waxing experience in a salon and I was quite nervous as I didn't know the etiquette or what to expect. Prior to my arrival I had an email explaining how to prep for waxing, and then an email just to be safe as I have a medical condition and they wanted to make sure that we would be okay to go ahead. On the day Carly made it very easy to feel comfortable and I was surprised that an hour had gone by while she was waxing my legs as conversation was easy. An amazing aesthetic awaits in this friendly oasis of calm above the street. All the staff here are so warm and welcoming. The relaxing atmosphere of the massage rooms immediately makes you unwind and the actual massages are just amazing! Carly and the other masseuses have never failed to leave my aching muscles relaxed and rejuvenated. Booked a neck and back massage as a treat for me and my sister and what a treat it was. The treatment rooms are lovely and so relaxing. The staff are so friendly and professional. Carly and Neve did our massage and they were fantastic absolutely loved the 30 minute treatment, I did not want it to end.
