Matt has been absolutely fantastic! Yesterday 14/05/23 I went on my first bike ride after finishing the bike fit and I had no pain, I was faster and I enjoyed my 70km ride, which has been impossible for me to do before. From the start Matt has been very professional and has taken extreme care to look at me as a rider and at my bike. He recognised that I needed shorter cranks and helped me to find them (which was a challenge). Matt also provided me with the option to do a saddle pressure mapping (which I did). The pressure mapping has been very useful to understand what was happening on the saddle that made me so uncomfortable. Furthermore, Matt fixed my cleats and added an extra bit to my shoe to balance my position on the bike and suggested me to use insoles due to my pronated feet position. Finally, Matt helped me to fix some misalignment on my handlebar that removed all the extra pain I was experiencing. I wasn't sure having a bike fit was a good investment of my money, but after yesterday I can just tell anyone who is unsure DO IT. It is the money best spent for my happiness on the bike. I will surely be back to have him make me some custom made insoles as soon as I get new shoes.

I am really glad to have done a bike fit with Matt before investing on my new bike. Matt looked at every aspect of the fit with huge amount of detail. Throughout the process, Matt explained the importance and impact of all in a very friendly way which was mind-opening for me. Matt adjusted my commuting bike and suggested a few component changes which made an immediate positive impact on comfort. Then, Matt recommended a few options for my new road bike based on my budget, what I wanted and especially the best fitting geometry for me, explaining the pros and cons for various options. I never thought I would have a BMC myself, but Matt’s offer was so competitive that it was my choice. I could not be happier with my new BMC Roadmachine – it is so comfortable, smooth and responsive! I definitely recommend a bike fit with Matt not only to improve the positioning, comfort and performance on current bikes, but especially to make sure you make the right choice when investing on a new bike.

Nothing but an ace experience dealing with Matt at Crimson Performance on the purchase of a new pair of cycling shoes and the moulding of said shoes. After coming to Matt with the desire of purchasing a new pair of shoes to improve my cycling and eradicate my numb feet and knee pain, we ordered a pair of Lake CX332’s. We had a consultation where he measured my feet and came to the conclusion that these would be perfect for me. Out of the box they felt great but as we moulded them I realised that I was right to choose the shoes. Matt was great at moulding them and talked me through the process as he was doing it which was incredibly insightful. Matt’s attention to detail is second to none. Thanks again to Matt for the whole experience, completely changed how comfortable I thought I could be on my bike, a delightful process throughout and I will definitely be coming back if I need any other issues solving with my bike fit!
