Paid for the knocking in service through Cricsto, they were very quick to respond to any questions I had, I was able to drop off the bat, and met the guy who would be sorting it (not sure what his name sorry) and he was great, ran through what he will do etc. picked the bat up 5 days later all knocked in, and again briefly ran through what he did. Overall the service was fantastic and definitely recommend to anyone looking for a knocking in service. Will 100% come back for any future cricketing needs.

So I followed the instructions on website and made a full payment for goods and shipment as instructed by the site and a days later I get a message from the store to either cancel the order or pay more since the website was under development It made a mistake for calculating the shipping to Canada. Upon checking the website again I did not see any disclaimer that stated if the website was under development. I tried taking the hit and I was willing to pay more upon negotiating but store kept on saying that they don’t have an exact estimate on the shipping and ultimately It caught my mind that they probably don’t have the item in stock or they are just scammers and without reply to my last email they refunded my money after I had wasted so much time. I will buy from them again.
