f i could leave ZERO i would, They measured up for a mirror top for my console table which after 10 years had a corner crack, the first visit they got the dimensions wrong, second visit installed & within a week i noticed hairline cracks which i reported immediately - i live alone, and in that week nothing was moved on / off the table - the ornament i have on it is smooth based and was on the previous top for years, and then another jagerred crack appeared after i reported the first one, they came and said they were scratches ! proceeding to demonstrate by moving a incense bottle around on it ! are they saying their mirror tops for tables you cannot put anything on it or it cracks or scratches as they called it (playing on words to incriminate the client) he proceeded to tell me don't insult him saying cracks just appeared ! made my blood boil him insulting me as a liar - materials are cheap enough to crack under any object placed on it then why did it not come with that warning, £200 wasted money - unbelievably rude too - they take photos straight after & make you sign a piece of paper not knowing that the materials crack under the slightest pressure within a week ! and they remove themselves from any responsibility - i will report to trading standards it's unacceptable customer service !

Jade, Rob, and Martin (and I'm sure there are many others at the firm) did a wonderful job of repairing three items of our mirrored furniture. They were really difficult items to repair due to the narrowness of the mirror panels that were broken, but they found a way to make the replacements look perfect. From start to finish, they are simply the best professionals you can engage for this work. I can't rate them highly enough!

Had a bespoke backsplash made and fitted by Cricklewood Glass. Jade provided excellent customer service, helpful advice and kept me up updated throughout the process. Measured up on a Monday and fitted on the Friday (for a simple, one glass pane order). Love the results. 5 star service!
