Really sorry to have to write this. Without doubt the worst customer service I have received ever. I returned an item as requested, had proof of sending and royal mail proof of delivery to their address and they refused to refund because they couldn't find the item on their premises - unbelievable! Won't be using them again ever. OK - There is now an update on this: They did finally manage to find my returned parcel and they have now refunded me. I felt it was only fair to point this out. This was only after much persistence from myself however and sending a picture of the parcel and proof of delivery. Still very poor customer service tho'.

I purchased an MRF bat from this website three months ago with high hopes of enhancing my cricket performance. Unfortunately, my experience turned out to be a complete disappointment. In my very first cricket league match, the bat cracked instantly, leaving me utterly frustrated. The poor quality of the bat was evident from the moment I received it. It didn't even resemble the renowned English willow bats that MRF is known for. Instead of promptly addressing the issue, the seller insisted on conducting further investigations. It begs the question, why couldn't they have done this before selling the bat to someone? Regrettably, I cannot emphasize enough how dissatisfied I am with this purchase. I strongly advise against buying anything from this website. While the offers might appear enticing, the actual quality of the bat is abysmal. I feel like I wasted a significant sum of £345 on a bat that failed to meet even the most basic standards. Overall, my experience with this MRF bat from the website has been nothing short of a letdown. The subpar quality and the lack of satisfactory customer service have left a bitter taste in my mouth. I implore potential buyers to seek alternative options and avoid making the same mistake I did.

Ordered 10th Feb, had to chase for delivery - got first part of order after 2 weeks - received bat 3rd May, missed it for start of season - poor communication, very rude replies on chat and email when chased (in a polite manner I chased them). Delivery time stated when ordered was in stock for the most part, and the bat was a 2 week delivery. Wouldn’t have minded if I’d been told up front, or at any point after ordering, but I had to chase and had rude curt responses. Won’t be ordering from them again.

I had one of the worst experience with them I ordered 2 cricket bats from them for my tournament I ordered 3 weeks before and I am still waiting for my order I email them everyday and they lie everyday its been 3 weeks my bats have not been packed yet and I paid $241 for it to be shipped in canada I hope I get my bats or the money back.
