Explored Crick village at the weekend. Lovely established village with church bells and unique architecture on some buildings. Plenty of places to eat, drink and friendly local shops. Lovely canal side walk, found the marina with many unique barges, houseboats to look at. Walk takes you out into countryside and gentle walk up Crack Hill (Crick = Crack) and views across Northants. All the locals were friendly, offered advice on walks, shops.

Great marina, I've kept my boat in quite a few marinas, but this is definitely my favorite, so very happy to be back here again. Good facilities, very friendly and helpful staff. It's on one of the best lock-free stretches of canal, and the village of Crick is lovely. All this for a very competitive price as well.
