Went to CRGW for IUI. I found the Nurses were lovely each time we went to be fair, but the organisation was pretty poor. Had 3 cycles in total, unsuccessfully unfortunately, but I think we only had 2 or 3 appointments that were actually on time. Always seems to be running late and no communication as to why/how long they'd be. Even the days of Insemination, I had taken hormones etc at certain times and then they were an hour late again with no communication. I even went to reception to ask how long it'd be and was met with 'i don't usually work out here, I'm just checking something, they'll be ready soon I'm sure' š unbelievable!! What's supposed to be an exciting time, I was left feeling anxious, upset and frustrated. Needless to say, won't be using them again. What a waste of time.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS CLINIC!!! I wasted 15months of my life with them. Very Unorganised company,money grabbing horrible fake people. That dont care about you! I was on a surrogate journey. When i found my surrogate they told me they dont take surrogate no more and have to move my embryo. 1 embryo from my retrieval that went horribly wrong.high dkse stimulation with a low dose trigger. No explanation nothing! I refuse to have another egg retrieval from this place. Create fertilty i signed a month ago and already have. Aplan and ready to start my second ond egg retrieval š

Highly recommend Crgw Llantrisant! All the staff are really kind and supportive, they really care about their patients and their outcomes. In 2019 I had two frozen embryo transfers, my second transfer was successful and I now have a beautiful daughter. Iām currently going through my 3rd frozen embryo transfer trying for baby no.2 ā¤ļø I feel so lucky to have found such a lovely clinic and Iām so thankful to CRGW for making my dreams come true!

Really stressful the whole situation of actually firstly trying to obtain an appointment was left Without any contact for months and months Paid a lot of money for an appointment paid extra for additional tests doctor never gave me any realistic results just said āfineā . Doctor wasnāt interested in seeing any of my chronic health related conditions tried to rush me out of the room after doing a quick 10 mins consultation in seeing lots of eggs and said all normal couldnāt see any problems but couldnāt see any reason why not to do IVF š. Pathetic customer services unfortunately very disappointed

I am so grateful to have chosen CRGW for our treatment. We began our journey with them in 2017 and the experience & environment was always calm and organised, and our treatment was always thoughtfully conducted - with positivity & empathy. We found the pricing incredibly affordable, especially in relation to other clinics and friends' stories about their experiences. CRGW enabled us to achieve a complete family of 2 children from only 1 IVF cycle - absolutely brilliant. And I put this success partly down to the calm & care from CRGW. I want to thank all the staff - especially Amanda O'Leary for her sensitive advice, Yvonne Evans for the care, support & positivity, & Lyndon Miles for answering my anxious emails with patience & generosity. We highly recommend this clinic.

Booked a 9am appointment over a month ago. Arrived on time and was told off for not "producing the sample at home" and that I would have to wait. An hour later I notified the receptionist I was still waiting and was told off again for not "producing the sample at home". Absolute shambless. They can't manage a diary and I would not trust this "dis-" organisation with a complicated medical procedure.

Genuinely the best experience weāve had. We used CRGW for testing years ago before conceiving with our daughter through the NHS. After trying out a few other clinics, we came back here to try and conceive with our second. In every other clinic we felt just like a number, and here, we felt part of a family. Highly recommend.

Sadly this company will only offer medical screening if you intend to have treatment with them. A simple fertility MOT is all that was needed. They refused. Their website is misleading. However, without a fertility MOT, how does one know if they need further treatment. Absolutely diabolical.

Poor service, over 30 minutes waiting for appointments, having to double check details that haven't been previously relayed when they should have been. Quite a stressful experience for something that's already difficult.
