  I wish I would have chosen another place from start. There are too many issues and it becomes really frustrating to manage the hassle with clinic while you are also going through a sensitive time so I would really recommend to try somewhere else…. 1. In first treatment, they totally ignored my cycle details which resulted a disaster. Then they blamed my age for poor results (which they have known since beginning and told I am still young!) 2. On second treatment, they finally took the results into account after many frustrating calls which worked but even on second plan they forgot to add some trigger meds in the plan which I corrected myself with nurses, if I did not it would have been a disaster again 3. There is real problem of lack of coordination and info sharing between doctor and nurses and you have to deal with it! Nurses play a pass the parcel everytime saying doctor should give the plan and when you ask doctor PA, she tells you nurses are fully aware! 4. Even when you are trying to arrange this coordination, they charge you consultation fee cause you talked to doctor for him to give your plan! 5. Every time you need to remind your doctor and nurses what happened so they do not make mistake. They still do and you need to make sure you correct it, you get your meds right otherwise it is again a lot of waste of time, money and stress which is making things worse for you everytime

  I was told by a previous fertility clinic that I would not be able to have children. I changed to CRGH due to their reputation and HFEA results and reviews. After one IVF and on second transfer at CRGH I become pregnant and gave birth to a healthy and beautiful son. Dr Saab and the team were always available to answer our questions and explained everything thoroughly and clearly and to change treatment when required. I would not hesitate to recommend this clinic, particular Dr Saab. Thank you

  The doctors at this clinic are excellent! Cannot fault them. But over the last 18 months we have experienced so many issues with the organisation of the clinic. Firstly, in 18 months we have never met our consultant face to face. Secondly, unless you self advocate for everything the nurses won't be aware what medication you are on / what protocol you are following. You need to constantly self-advocate or things are missed / happen incorrectly. It seems to be operating at NHS standards rather than private clinic standards now. Despite how much you pay...

  CRGH is an IVF clinic in London that truly stands out for its excellent patient care and expertise. My personal experience with Dr Srividya Seshadri was outstanding. I came to her after a poor experience at another clinic, and she provided me with a clear explanation of the treatment options and asked me relevant questions to develop a more personalised treatment plan. Thanks to Dr Seshadri's knowledge and expertise, I had a significant improvement in my egg count and embryo quality in comparison to my previous IVF cycle. I ended up with 24 eggs extracted, 16 mature, and 8 embryos, 6 of which were of top quality (my previous experience had seen me with only 1 viable embryo). Despite some early miscarriages, Dr Seshadri was persistent in finding the right protocol for me. She took the time to listen to my concerns, recommended the best course of action, and ensured that I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. The team at CRGH is very professional, and while waiting times can be long, they are definitely worth it. They are always willing to answer any questions or concerns and provide reassurance during a stressful time. I am now 4 months pregnant with a healthy baby boy, and I am incredibly grateful for the care and support I received from Dr Seshadri and the team at CRGH. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking fertility treatment.

  Incredible experience at CRGH. After 2 failed retrievals at clinics elsewhere, I had a successful retrieval, implant and I'm now holding my 2 month old. The whole team were very friendly, efficient and left me feeling very confident. Phone calls were always answered, or responded to within the hour. A special thanks to Dr. Saab, who explained everything he did thoroughly and didn't have me feeling like he was trying to upsell me on treatments/drugs/tests that he didn't feel I need. Also, a big thanks to sonographer Dianne, who had me at ease during my scans (every other day). The only thing I'd change is being able to get invoices earlier, so payment can be made in advance. I was told that invoices would be sent out 2 days prior to treatment though, so not worth a mark down in ratings. All in all, I would highly recommend CRGH, (especially if you've had failed treatments elsewhere) it is pricey compared to clinics outside of London but definitely worth it, with the amount of monitoring and personally tailored treatment plans you can definitely see where your money is going, and you do feel well looked after.

  The expertise and support at this clinic was really good. The doctor listened to my specific case and discussed options openly and honestly, with no pressure to accept. In the end I conceived naturally just before we started treatment so did not use the clinic, but the initial stages were very positive.

  Wait for hours to speak to someone. Eventually get through to staff who are inexperienced. Seems money driven. Heard very negative things about this place. High staff turnover. Very badly managed. If you gonna spend money go somewhere where they actually care.

  The doctors and nurses at this place are amazing, very knowledgeable and by all metrics, acheive great results in terms of supporting people with fertility and genetic issues. However, the administrative structure of CRGH leaves a lot to be desired. You never know who you are meant to talk to to get information.
