I would never book with this place ever again.. extremely poor customer service. I had booked an appointment a week in advance explained in detail exactly how I wanted my hair styled..... when I showed up they had me down as blow cut and dry. When I explained that I had booked a specific hairstyle for a special occasion and that I had booked this appointment a week in advance they didn't seem to really care much and point blank said they couldn't do it. I was infuriated and ended leaving very upset and distressed. In the end I went to the salon across the road 'glow'. They had a much better attitude and could fit me in despite being last minute and managed to do the hair style exactly how I wanted.... I will never visit crew again so unreliable
