Ordered a bunch of items online from these, they sent part of the order with a note to say one item was out of stock and they would send the item once in stock, I have been waiting a long time, tried to call previously with no joy. I managed to speak to them today and they said they don't have the item and I cannot get a refund. Under the consumer rights act it is Crested responsibility to track this order and send it to me, not giving me the item I paid for or giving me a refund because they don't have it, is against the law. Do not buy online from these as they will refuse to refund or lose the item/give to someone else. I have raised a claim through my bank. And will not choose to use this company in future. Terrible customer service.

Went to exchange a blazer as bought a boys one instead of a girls one .. very helpful staff checked the receipt no hoos and haaaas smooth exchange 👍🏽👍🏽 Would recommend this store to anyone in the old square - way better than the cowboys over at Clive mark … keep up the good work ladies 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

When visiting crested schoolwear Walsall I received excellent service when buying uniform especially from the manager and I would definitely go back again staff so welcoming friendly and happy to help even when the shop was so busy! I would definitely give 5 stars and be going back again!
