Terribly managed. Buy somewhere else. Parking is the biggest headache and scam in anywhere i've ever lived.

Avoid buying a flat here unless you are looking for somewhere to spend all your money on parking tickets for parking you have already paid for. Terribly managed. Buy somewhere else!

Don't buy a flat or house here unless you want endless parking tickets for parking you already pay for. Management are no help at all.

Avoid buying a flat here unless you want endless hidden parking costs and headaches. I've owned a flat here for years now. The place is great but it has cost me thousands in parking tickets. All of which have been for parking in my own space (which you pay an annual fee for). The parking companies Crest Nicholson gives the contracts to are the worst you will ever come across. They take ages sending replacement licenses and in the meantime give you a ticket every day. They get debt collection companies onto you. I had to fight (and win) one in court last year which wasted hours of my time. So if you are thinking of buying a flat here make sure you add a few thousand on to the annual cost for their terribly managed parking.
