Crest Lifts left us without a working lift and therefore disabled access to our 1st and 2nd floors at our business for 10 weeks. When they eventually came to fix it, their engineer left the alarm ringing for over 24 hours and I had to call 3 times with no help from anyone I spoke to over the phone. I am yet to receive any response to my emails asking for an explanation, original email was sent over a month ago.
