Cressida literally has magic hands! I’ve experienced many different therapies and therapists and reflexology is one of my absolute favourite ways to both energise and deeply relax my whole system. It feels like having a full day retreat, only it’s just one hour! Cress is incredibly sensitive, welcoming and skilled. She’s also treated by teenage daughter and really helped her to recover from all the stresses of the pandemic. Highly recommend!
