Absolutely impossible to get an appointment, 'you are 58th in the queue' the voice on the phone says - 45 minutes later 'you are 10th in the queue' and then the call is cut off so you have to start over... so I guess I'll just suffer this pain then with no 'professional' help. Thanks for nothing Cressex Health Centre

A bunch of useless employees who are just there to get paid, lazy unprofessional staff, if you call during the day you will be number 25 in the queue at least. Once they answer they will ask you to call next day 8 am and then what? They will not answer. The good news all of them will be sick at sometime and they will pay for what they make people to suffer! Must search another GP instead of wasting your time.

When I registered with Cressex Heath Centre I had no problems but after a few years I'm finding it's impossible to get an appointment unless you are elderly or a child. I wait in the telephone queues for 30 minutes or more most times to then be told I can't see anyone. I have tried booking on the patient access and it says you cannot book online, utterly ridiculous! I do understand it is busy for the staff and not personally their fault but I do find the whole procedure of getting an appointment it just not effective. I also have issues getting a prescription every time. I get told it's been sent to the pharmacy and ready in 2 hours. I go to pick up and told that the prescription hasn't even been received and on occasion that has meant I've had to wait overnight to sort and was then told it was at the surgery to be picked up! My daughter had to wait over 18 hours with a urine infection because of it. The staff are friendly but the system definitely needs work.

Excellent and Wonderful GP Practice and Health Centre This is an Excellent GP Practice and Health Centre with wonderful and compassionate Doctors, Medical Staff, Admin and Reception Staff who are very competent and act and behave in a professional and helpful and courteous manner. Cressex Health Centre has been providing exceptional patient care and support for myself and my family since we moved to High Wycombe and joined Cressex Health Centre over 2 years ago. We have always managed to book appointments and/or telephone consultations on the same day if we call early depending on our medical needs. Previously in London we would have had to wait for 2 weeks or go to the nearest A&E. Repeat Medications ordered online or over the phone are processed quickly and efficiently without any delays. We are very grateful for the the medical and admin staff at Cressex Health Centre. In addition to Dr. Bera, Dr. Ajmal, Dr. Tetlay, Dr. Anzak and the Doctor's Physician Rozena, I would like to make special mention to the Admin Staff, Vicky, Tara and Pat and also the Pharmacist Safi.
