We had our Xmas lunch here. Everything was excelent! The waiter was kindly, the food was amazing, the better pasta I’ve tasted. The price was fair because of the holiday date. We loved it. Vegetarian options: There is at least one vegetarian option

Went here for high tea. We phoned in advance to check they offered gluten free high tea and we told they did. But when we sat down to eat we were told they did not offer a gluten free high tea but they did, immediately offer my wife an excellent alternative. Thanks for the good service.

The worse Afternoon tea experience. Scones were served with jam and butter (was told there was no clotted cream). Cake was not fresh. Tea/coffee was served luke warm. Only descent thing was the glass of Prosecco.

Horrible service- we weren’t offered tea until we asked for it an hour in, everyone else was offered tea. The sandwiches were very bland and overall it was a very underwhelming experience. The restaurant itself is rubbish and has the ambiance of a train station cafe. Dont go here!

The staff was not welcoming, they choose who to attend first regardless being seated first. The food arrived prior the drink, when I asked for it, the waiter replied in a defensive tone. Also, the food was a joke, they served sweets from the supermarket, the jam for the scones was old, and the drink warm.
