Being a quiet weekday and no other customers in the shop I was surprised that no salesman came up to chat? I feel the family vibe has been lost in all their stores since I've shopped in them for over 30 years. You've got great premises but I'd rather buy from a friendly, hungry tin pot shop, plus when you email them with interest in a part exchange they don't bother responding. Big shame.
