I recently wrote a review in which I accused Crescent Cleaners of stealing my shirt. I was wrong about this as I found my shirt. I have been trying to cancel the first review with this false accusation since and write another with an apology and but have had difficulty doing this for technical reasons I do not fully understand. I want to publica;lly apologise to Crescent Cleaners for misrepresenting them as they are excellent cleaners and deserve five stars. I was not being dishonest or vindictive when I accused them, I could not find my shirt after collecting my cleaning from them and they had an unhelpful attitude when I returned to the shop. The whole thing escalated from there.They have also apologised to me. I have never written a review before and did not realise that it had gone onto a public platform yet but since I discovered it had, I have tried to cancel/ edit the review and post a public apology and have had difficulty doing this on Google. Crescent Cleaners you are excellent and provide a superb service and please accept my apology.

I’ve always had good service from these dry cleaners. I’ve regularly left my trousers with them and never had a problem, and recently left some shirts to be washed and ironed and they did a good job.

Reasonably priced however service wasn't great and I don't think they actually cleaned my bedding the first time. Dry-cleaned it 'again' for free and it came out clean... Probably wouldn't go back
