We said goodbye to our dog of sixteen years, Sydney on Saturday and had to choose somebody to undertake the cremation for us. The vets had their own compeany, but we felt uneasy with the arrangements. I decided to research other companies of which these were one. Sue showed every attention from the start ensuring we were ok before even trying to introduce the service. In fact she followed our choices making sure we were happy with our decisions. It was obvious we made the right choice. Even in covid lockdown, she showed complete compassion and we had no boubt we had made the right choice in company for our Sydney. They delivered her to us this morning even in lockdown. The casket is beautiful. I have to only pray that if you find yourselves searching for the right people who are compassionate and professional, that you find this company. You will have then succeeded.
