A brilliant afternoon paddle boarding with Liz. We were a small group - 2 adults and 3 kids- with 3 total beginners. Liz was friendly but also on the ball with all the aspects of safety needed before and during our time on the water. We all managed to stand during our 2 hour session and had loads of fun too! Lucky for us it was a lovely warm day - we saw a kingfisher, a terrapin swimming nearby and had a close encounter with a heron. Would highly recommend SUP with Liz either on the river on the lake nearby.
