Possibly the best coffee I've had in London. Every time I offer it to someone, they turn their nose up at the decaf option then when they have it, they love it! It really compliments oat milk too. Really great coffee and having ordered from them online a few times, they seem like great, friendly people, you get a personal service :-) You have to try this coffee!

I've ordered online coffee from this excellent coffee shool and I'm more than happy with the product. Every time when I open the coffee bag I take a deep breath and enjoy this wonderfull pleasent smell. I even bought my own coffee grinder and grind the beans always fresh when I drink a cup of this delicious product. The next time I will order a couple of extra bags and give them to my friends so I can drink this coffee when I'm at their place. The theory and practical elements are well thought out, detailed and to a very high standard. I can't recommend this place enough, I learned so much and will definitely be back!

I went in for the Introduction to Coffee course (part of the SCA diploma) and I had a great time learning about coffee for 3 hours with Phil. The subject is vast and complex but he was able to break it down to simple, easy chunks which makes it a breeze to understand. He is very friendly, patient and answered all my questions about the topic. We also did practical exercises with superb equipment provided by Backup Coffee which really makes it a amazing experience. I highly recommend (and I will be back!).
