    We took our pooch for a groom and we are really happy with the results! The groomer was skilful, knowledgeable and she had great relationship with our doggo. We’re definitely coming back once he turns into a scruff monster again. We love the shop too, great range of treats in good prices.

    Was recommended this place by my friend for puppy grooms and unfortunately was thoroughly disappointed. When I booked the appointment I was told I’d be paying £40 for the following: wash, dry, brush, nail trim, trimming hair around the sanitary areas and trimming hair around the eyes. Given this was my puppy’s first groom it only lasted 40 minutes which I found ridiculous because all my other friends first puppy grooms lasted way longer than this! All the groomer actually did was wash, dry, brush and trim the hair around my puppy’s eyes and then told me how my puppy was not settled and wouldn’t keep still. I mean obviously? It was her first time so I’m not sure what exactly this groomer expected my puppy to be like? Absolutely ridiculous! My appointment was at 5pm so I suspect this groomer just wanted to rush the job knowing it was my first groom and go home 🙃 Definitely not worth £40 and I won’t be going here again! The staff can also be a bit awkward so you’re kinda standing there like confused as to what you’re waiting for… Will be trying another place in Balham and I really suggest you don’t bring your puppy here unless you’re okay with throwing money down the drain 😂
