We've had a couple of wood fired pizza Ovens from here. Jason and Rob go the extra mile re customer service. They are very knowledgeable about their products. We will be returning after moving house for a new outdoor oven. Pricing is very competitive great products.

I spoke to so many companies about buying a BBQ, they were all trying to sell me a £1500 Kamado, I knew this would be better than. aKettle but I would never reap the rewards because I'm not into super slow cook. I called Creative Outdoor Living and I think I spoke to Jason, his a top bloke. Spent 30 min on the phone going through recommendations and the coal options etc. Not once did Jason try and sell me something £1500, instead Jason recommended a £400 Kettle with Iron grate and height adjustment. We then went through coal options and fire lights. It did not stop there, Jason then called the pallet company back to collect my item for next day delivery as I missed off for today. Speaking to Jason reminds me speaking to a true gentlemen from the old days. Honest, trustworthy. Thanks so much!

WOW!! From inquiring to delivery Creative Outdoor Living are really impressive. I rang up about some information on a Napoleon freestyle BBQ and the guy talked me through different features and other BBQs before I made up my mind up... The guy has great knowledge and made my buying experience a breeze. So I ordered just before 1pm and 2 days later my BBQ arrives on a pallet and very well packaged it's all now built and I'm very very happy with my new BBQ. Forget giant online retailers who just push you to buy... speak to these guys first at Creative Outdoor because they have time for you and go through all the options with no pressure to buy.
