I started volunteering here in 2018 I have found the skills and experience I gained here, have helped me to build confidence and feel supported along the way. I was given the option to undertake free volunteer / peer mentor training which made me feel settled in my role . The staff, members and other volunteers here were all amazing and helped me to settle in. I would recommend volunteering here to anyone as all the staff are organically supportive and really care about members of the charity and also the volunteers who support it. Thank you clc !

The charlty is an absolute lifeline and all the staff and volunteers are warm, caring, non judgemental, empathic and knowledgeable. The groups they offer such as music & art therapy think outside the box and have personally helped me much more than traditional therapies. There really is something for everyone. I would highly recommend the charity to anyone struggling with their mental health.
