Cabin installed August 2022. Our cabin was fully installed in 2 days by the friendly, efficient team of fitters. We chose to paint the cabin ourselves, which was hardwork, but we did get positive feedback from the air-conditioning installer who said he was impressed with the finish! Before we ordered, Steve in the office took us through the options, including any add-ons, but with no hard sell on any of the extras, just gave his opinions/reasons for and against for each. We chose to have our own electrician, so can't comment on electrics. The air-conditioning installer recently completed the set-up and the room is now fully working. Again this was a helpful friendly guy who we'd also recommend. We are really happy with the service from start to finish, and hope the cabin gives us years of enjoyment.

The Cabins on display at Ripley and the advice from Martin and his colleagues encouraged me to purchase from Creative Living and the subsequent installation was carried out very professionally and swiftly by Adam and Junior, I couldn't fault them at all. Their communication, timeliness, tidiness and approach at all times was great!

Since the initial survey of the garden Creative Living Cabins were courteous, efficient and super professional and reliable. Everything happened on schedule, the pricing of all items were transparent, and there were no surprises. The building itself took only three days, the builders were also polite and efficient, as were the electricians associated with Creative Living. Highly recommended.

A great experience from start to finish. We would highly recommend Creative Living Cabins. Nick our sales representative was knowledgeable and made very useful suggestions when we were deciding on design and size of the cabin. He came out and did a site visit and explained how a cabin in our garden would work. The design went through several iterations but nothing was too much trouble and no question to silly. Once we made the decision Steve was in touch very quickly with installation date options and the electrical site survey happened without fuss. Installation was a breeze with the delivery coming on time with a very helpful crane operator getting the kit into the garden with no issue and Graham and Stew working very efficiently to construct the cabin. They kept us updated throughout the build as to what was happening, when they would arrive etc and made sure we were fully briefed on the features before they left. Post installation queries continue to be dealt with swiftly and effectively. All in all a very easy and stress free experience. There are a number of cabin suppliers out there but we would certainly highly recommend Creative Living to family and friends.
