My child has attended Creative Kids for the past year and I could not recommend them enough! I always feel safe leaving her in their care and she is always very well looked after. She is always very happy when she comes home from an exciting day there! I would definitely recommend sending your child here!

Concerned about the welfare of children in the Nursery as my child was left without a jumper in cold temperature although extra clothes was provided. My child had scratches on his face on his first day which may mean there was lack of attentiveness from staff to see the occurance of this. This was his first week and I believe more care should have been provided to allow my child to adapt. There was also lack of feedback from the staff about the day activities. One staff reported how photo got deleted after I mentioned to upload to Tapestry. My child has a runny nose and high temp. My child was reluctant to eat and although I provided milk bottle, he had not been fed in his time there. Discussed this with manager Claire and her response was staff cannot provide 121 care as there are other kids. Definately would not recommend, overpriced and I do not believe they provide adequate care.

I cannot recommend this nursery enough, I would not have my daughter go anywhere else, she is so happy, and the care is above and beyond. She has been at this nursery for 2.5 years. Each of the carers are amazing, caring and kind, I feel assured every day I leave her there and there is also a sense of community. The attention and support I receive from management is also impeccable. My daughter will be going off to school soon and I feel they have prepared her so well.

Our son recently joined Creative Kids in Emerson Park. We were nervous about him going back to nursery after lockdown, as earlier in the year, he attended another nursery in Romford which was a terrible experience. From the outset, Creative Kids have been exceptional. Claire was very welcoming and was very understanding of our concerns given our experience with the other nursery - Sam spent over an hour with us before our son joined going through our various questions. Our son is dairy intolerant and in our opinion, his previous nursery did not cater for dairy intolerant children as they did for others. Creative Kids have gone out of their way to provide dairy free alternatives so he does not miss out. They keep a regular journal of what he has eaten / when he has slept / nappy changes which is sent via an online platform on a daily basis, as well as uploading pictures showing what our son has been doing. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming and it is clear that they all have a great relationship with the children. At pick up, they always take the time to discuss what our son has been doing during the day and answer any questions we may have. Although he has only being attending Creative Kids for a short time, he has settled in so well and has already formed a bond with the team members. We cannot thank all the staff at Creative Kids enough for the care our son has received and look forward to seeing him develop and progress during his time at the nursery. Would highly recommend this nursery to anyone.
