My husband was working in Rochester, so he asked if I wanted anything from Creative glass.. didn’t need to be asked twice.. so he went to the shop and was told very rudely, that she was on lunch and to make an appointment.. he explained that he was working in the area but she wasn’t interested… well with that attitude I will take my busy back online to warm glass Bristol, who have always been very helpful and give discount..

For months I was struggling with polishing my glass by hand and many wrong polishers. This was until I spoke to Alison and Amanda who went out of their way to order the wet polisher for me. They kept me informed of the progress and it was delivered on time. They even put an adapter for me. Very professional and most helpful. Thank you all at creative Glass.

If you were lucky enough to get gift vouchers, please take note of the expiry date. I didn't realise there was only a year on it. Was planning to go last year on a spending spree but couldn't because of Covid. I realised today that my vouchers ran out on the 20th December 2020. I rang them up but was told I was too late to spend them.
