    Not what we expected. Service was poor despite it being quiet. Food was ok but expensive. . Entertainment was Odd bits of a light show on a wall with occasional thunder and lightening . Twice in 2 hours the animated animals moved. . Not likely to repeat the experience. Very disappointing

    When booking double check the times and dates of the entertainment as the booking form appears before the entertainment times. So our grandson ended up a bit disappointed that the dinosaur weren't knocking about. Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of room for wheelchair access

    Vegetarian options: My daughter had a cheese pizza, said it was lovely. Had ice-cream and requested no marshmallows which was fine. Kid-friendliness: My 12 year old loved it, the staff, dressed as pirates and crew came to the table and chatted to him. He loved the volcano drink.

    Table booked for 7pm (knew we would have to leave table by 20:28 for next diners). Arrived 5 mins early to be told they were running late as waiting for diners to finish. However restaurant was only half full. No problem as live entertainment was in between 5 and 8 ( the reason we had booked when we did). Double checked this at reception and were told we had just missed it. Walked in. Sat down. Watched a kid being treated for 1st aid as something had fallen on on him. Thought better of it and left
