Went here today with my cousin for her consultation and have to say all the staff members especially Andrew and Shezad were so welcoming and helpful. They made us feel so comfortable and have to say it is the best appointment I've ever been to even though it wasn't even mine. Would defiantly recommend for anyone thinking of laser eye surgery. Also have to say all of them are hilarious which made the consultation even better.

I had an initial consultation booked and was really pleased with how I was dealt especially Louise. She called me up before my consultation and explained what would happen at the consultation which made me feel very at ease. When I got to the consultation i was met by Louise and was made very comfortable and she even made me a coffee!. She was excellent through out the whole process and answered any questions. I was then passed onto Shazad who was the optometrist who did the checks and again he was fantastic and really made me feel very welcome and at ease. Overall a fantastic experience by the team and was really satisfied by the service.

Although I was recommended by a Friend Naturally, I was very apprehensive regarding the surgery however, the well experienced staff at Optical Express assured me everything would be fine and that I would not feel uncomfortable with the procedure. Rest assured this was so true. The lens replacement surgery was the best decision I have ever made. My whole Life has become so much easier with everyday activities, it is such a bonus not having to rely on glasses. absolutely AMAZING I would recommend it to everyone. Don't Hesitate, you will have NO Regrets....

If unfamiliar with the area, a little hard to find but once there, all's forgotten!! Invited by a lovely greeting, environment and hospitality. Louise our patient advisor was great and easy to communicate with. I wish i could remember the name of the gentleman consultant who we seen secondly, however, his enthusiasm and drive for what he does was so infectious, his name has completely left me (DOH!!) I am sure that anyone that has been will know who i mean. Anyway - Highly recommended!!! All staff are great! PS - it wasnt even myself attending the consultation. I was the "driver" for the return journey - take from that what you will =c)
