Appalling company. Applied for interest free credit agreement via John Lewis (apparently next day delivery) and was referred to this credit company. An absolute clowns outfit. I lost all faith in this process after waiting nearly a week for a decision, only to confirm who I was via personal documents, ringing up and being told the person dealing with my application wasn’t at work and I’d have to wait until they were in, just to confirm my ID. Lost faith in the process as I could tell they were incompetent & cancelled order with JL. A complete waste of credit check and time, AVOID at all costs. John Lewis should be acting upon this and reviewing who they refer customers to. They are equally to blame.

This company is a bloody joke, a scam overcharging people. Most the shocking is the lack of customer service cant get hold of anyone or sort your account. This company needs to be shut down reported to Ofcom.

Credit Card Account: Great when it works, but they block transactions without any notification, how difficult is it to send an automated text that allows you to confirm a transaction or unblock the account. Getting the card unblocked is a nightmare. The cards seems to get blocked for no reason just because you make a larger than normal one off payment or enter the security info incorrectly. As someone else has mentioned they don't call you to check if it's a fraud or text you like all other card companies, they just cut you off and leave you to try figure out how to get hold of them. I even logged into my online account to check if there were any messages, there weren't and the status of the card was "active", which left me more confused. When you get through staff are helpful but very hard to get through to on the phone, apparently you need to call their fraud team who are only available Mon to Fri 9:00am to 5:00pm, so if you are going on holiday take another credit card, you never know when it may be blocked. If it wasn't for the reward points I would not be using this for most of my transactions, perhaps time to get another card and retire this one. If anyone from Creation reviews this perhaps you could consider sending an automated text with the number of your fraud team, I am sure this would really help.

Think the person I spoke was called Jordan ( I'm not entirely sure ) anyway..I had a DFS finance agreement with them which was scheduled to be paid off by the middle of next year. We decided to pay off early, customer service was brilliant, can't fault them,

Been trying to contact the company for days by phone and all I get is an automated reply which isn't what I want as I need to speak to someone and have sent an email and nothing, they obviously can't be bothered answering. So if someone from the company reads this please either find my email and reply or give me a phone number to talk to a human being
