Came to the shop on one of their prom events just to look around for what kinda vibe I was going for my dress, and I saw one and absolutely fell in love with it. Got it right on the day and the alterations done are absolutely flawless!!! After purchasing my prom dress here 9 years ago and a wedding guest dress around 7 years ago, I called yesterday to see if I could pop in for a dress for the races and they gave me an appointment for today! Considering I was last minute, I was still given lots of options and ideas and their customer service was brilliant. Lots of different options discussed, even altered the dress whilst I was there to save me going back. I would 100% recommend for any event or occasion. Beautiful shop too - defiantly an experience!

The ladies of the dressing room never fail to impress me. They have designed and made both of my daughters prom dresses which were absolute show stoppers! More recently I have purchased the most unique and beautiful holy communion dress and I'm looking forward to retuning with my eldest daughter to choose her wedding and bridesmaid dresses. I recommend them a million per cent. Nothing is too much trouble, both Carol and Keren are super friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They always go above and beyond and always offer great advice and help make dream dresses come to life. I absolutely wouldn't put my trust in anywhere else. The Dressing Room never fails to deliver.
