Sales went down initially but I thought I'd give them time. 7 months later things hadn't improved so I tried to cancel. This is when I found out what the company are really like. They continued to take money from my debit card after I had asked to cancel and when I requested a refund they tried to tell me that work had already been done for this payment. I find this strange as the month before I had to chase them up for the work I had paid for (4 weeks after they had taken payment). I was finally sent that content 2 days later. Use the money for Facebook or Google ads instead. I have and the sales have already improved! In the meantime I'll keep chasing for my money back..... Paul

Would not recommend; their service to us was amateurish, arrogant and distinctly unimpressive. One particular highlight was when my company made an appointment to visit at their HQ. We arrived at the scheduled time, but their sales team were totally unprepared. They kept us waiting whilst hastily writing a 'proposal', which turned out to be a generic print off of their basic Ts and Cs. They had done no research into our industry sector, as they'd promised, and had no idea what we were about. They then went on to quote £800 per month for SEO services, which was double what I currently pay, and they promised the earth despite having done no research into our sector. I got the impression that they had a sales team with no practical knowledge of their product. I do no like snake oil salesmen.

Would not recommend. Originally they made lots of promises. To start with they stuck to their word but this didn't last long. Please be aware that on their terms and contract, it states that there will be a SMALL CHARGE for a transfer fee when leaving their services. Upon signing the contract I questioned exactly what this meant and they said this would be around £30 - £40 As Creare service was awful in the last few years due to lack of communication from them, and asking them to make alterations to my web site took loads of calls from me over a 3 month period to actually get a small change done! So I decided to leave. The so called - small charge - ended up being £150 plus VAT (so once again, they did not stick to their promises) So in conclusion I would STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I first called Creare when our previous web design company vanished, leaving our website in a total mess. I called Creare and they agreed to take on a complex, messy job and fix the website which a lot of companies wouldn't do at the time. The work they did was excellent and the quality of service was brilliant. Chris was always very happy to help and with his experience, we developed new ideas to take the website forward and create a great user experience. Will continue to use them for our marketing in the future.
